1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using www.truegutsolutions.com (the “Site”) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Our Services 
True Gut Solutions provides health coaching services focused on gut health, lifestyle, and wellness. Fernando Porras is a Health Coach, **not a licensed medical doctor**. 

Our services do **not** include medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical care.

3. Health Coaching Disclaimer 
You understand that health coaching results vary and depend on your effort and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes. Always consult your physician before starting any new health program.

4. Payments and Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your coaching agreement.
- Payment plans must be completed even if you cancel early.
- Cancellations: You may cancel with 14 days written notice. Refunds (if any) will be at our sole discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to be honest, participate fully, and communicate openly during the coaching process.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials, guides, and resources provided are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Gut Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Costa Rica.
